Standard Shipping within the USA

Orders are processed within 24 hours in most cases.

Orders placed after Friday at 1:00pm EST will ship the following Monday.

  • USPS Priority (2-3 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Express (1-2 Business Days)
  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 (3-6 Business Days)

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, and there is an issue, don’t worry, we’ll be glad to help you with an exchange once it arrives. International Shipping

DHL International Shipping - Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order.

USPS International Shipping - Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.

VAT, Taxes, and Duties are applied to shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, Kashwireless® is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by your government.



Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your Kashwireless  product, we will take it back within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  •  Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  • Product must be unused, resellable (new condition) and in original case to be eligible for a refund.
  • For returns, a return label can be issued to you for a nonrefundable shipping charge of $7.99 or you may use your own carrier. 
  • For exchanges,  a return label can be issued to you or you may use your own carrier to return the original item. If a return label is issued, then a shipping charge of $7.99 will be required to ship the replacement item.

  • Returns are processed within 3 business days once the product has been received at our headquarters.

  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we process the return for a refund to be reflected in your account.
  • We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please submit your return/exchange form here before sending anything back.
  • Kashwireless LLC is not responsible for Shipping Charges when customers return an item.
  • Any product returned with the tag removed will be ineligible for a refund, as stated on the tag.
  • Please note that we do require photos for any and all returns/exchanges.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Kashwireless LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all of its products. We will replace your order if it becomes defective anytime! The warranty includes any manufacturing defects and structural/functional defects. As an added perk, our iPhone cases are eligible for up to two cosmetic replacements per year. Leather is a natural product and will naturally age with wear and time. We do ask that you mail the damaged product to allow our Quality Control department to take a close look at the issue in order to keep improving our products. The quality of our products, as well as customer satisfaction, is extremely important to us.

  • Warranty replacement shipping is as follows:
    • iPad & Laptop Sleeves: $12.99 – Domestic, $49.99 – International
    • Backpacks: $19.99 – Domestic, $74.99 – International
    • For all other products not specified above: $7.99 - Domestic, $17.99 -International
